Review Seminars
AMACSS offers number of academic course seminars through the school year. This includes review modules, midterm preparations, and final exam preparations. Free access is given to all AMACSS members.
CMS Gala
Celebrate student and teacher excellence at the CMS Gala, an evening of elegance, recognition, and unforgettable memories.
Colloquium
The Colloquium is a weekly academic and professional event series hosted by AMACSS. Students, professors, and alumni are invited to sign up for a 1-hour time slot to host an event of their choice. Events can take the form of:
- Workshops
- Seminars
- Research talks
- Enrichment sessions on a specific topic
You can share your current research, lead a discussion or run a workshop; the possibilities are endless! AMACSS will provide organizational support so you can focus on preparing and delivering your session effectively.
Our Lounge
AMACSS proudly maintains a student lounge on the south end of the 3rd floor in the Sam Ibrahim Building, in which students can hang out, network, play games, and ask questions. We will have a snack store, a ping pong table, study spaces, board games, and more! Lounge operations volunteers manage the lounge, answer questions, and direct students to appropriate resources.
What We Have
- Entertainment/gaming center, including a variety of board games, including a ping pong table.
- Store stocked with common snacks and drinks for student purchase.
